Check in Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Vendors must check in no later than 11:15 am or your space will be forfeited. After you check in, please set up your space. All isles must be clear by 11:45 am.
Vendor Wonderland hours are 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
All spaces are a 10' x 9' area. Please contain your products to your assigned space. No side tables outside of your area are allowed.
All garbage and items must be removed at the end of the event from your space.
You may unload in the front of the event building which is located directly across from the Hotels main entrance. Once you have unloaded, please move you vehicle so other vendors can unload. The parking structure is attached to the building that we will be in, so it's easy to locate. The Hotel will provide us with special tickets for parking which we will give to you when you arrive.
End of Event
Vendors must stay until 6:00 pm. There is no early breakdown allowed. If you do, you will not be able to attend future events with us.
If you have any questions please ask before the day of the event. It's difficult to answer phones and return text messages with so much going on.
